FNF: MT. MARKHAM AT CLINTON - SATURDAY SPOTLIGHT

A LOOK AT OUR SPOTLIGHT GAME OF THE WEEK, MT. MARKHAM AT CLINTON.
THE CLINTON WARRIORS ARE TURNING HEADS IN CLASS C EAST AS THEY ENTER WEEK 4 WITH A 2-1 RECORD.
IN OUR SATURDAY SPOTLIGHT GAME OF THE WEEK THE WARRIORS HOST THE 0-3 MOUNT MARKHAM MUSTANGS.

DESPITE THE 0-3 RECORD, CLINTON HEAD COACH JON HURTEAU KNOWS THEY'LL BE HOSTING A DANGEROUS MUSTANGS SQUAD HUNGRY FOR A VICTORY.
COACH HURTEAU ALSO KNOWS WHAT A HOMECOMING VICTORY WOULD MEAN TO HIS SQUAD.

" WELL MOUNT MARKHAM MAY BE 0-3 BUT THEY'RE A GOOD SOLID FOOTBALL TEAM.  AND THEY'VE GOT SOME GOOD BIG LINEMAN AND THEY'RE A PHYSICAL TEAM.  ALL THEIR RUNNING BACKS RUN HARD.  TANZILLO A VERY BIG, BIG PHYSICAL RUNNER AND ERIC TAYLOR-HOLMES AND KYLE YAEGER ARE MORE OF A SCAT BACK KIND OF GUY, LIKE TO BOUNCE TO THE OUTSIDE.  SO WE'VE GOT TO BE DISCIPLINED, WE'VE GOT TO DO OUR JOBS, STAY IN OUR POSITION AND PLAY HARD UNTIL THE WHISTLE.  BOTH COACH KEMPNEY AND MYSELF LOOK BACK AND WE REMEMBER OUR HOME COMING GAMES, YEARS AGO WHEN WE WERE PLAYING AND IT'S ALWAYS THAT SPECIAL TIME, IT'S SOMETHING YOU ALWAYS REMEMBER.  SO WE'RE HOPING WE CAN BRING HOME A VICTORY HERE FOR CLINTON SO THESE SENIORS, THESE GREAT GROUP OF YOUNG MEN, THEY CAN FONDLY REMEMBER THEIR HOMECOMING GAME OF THEIR SENIOR YEAR."

CLINTON WILL HOST MOUNT MARKHAM TOMORROW AFTERNOON, KICKOFF IS SCHEDULED FOR 2PM.
