Senator Seward School Tour

Local community libraries have been awarded more than six hundred thousand dollars in construction grant funds.

State Senator James Seward announced today, that New York's public libraries are in urgent need of renovation                and upgrading.  He says around fifty percent of our public library buildings are more than sixty years old and that new computer equipment among other things, is in dire need. Seward also toured Herkimer County schools today.
