The numbers are in from last night's Oneida County Historical Society Telethon that you watched right here on WUTR. 25,485 dollars were raised. It's all in an effort to keep the rich history of Central New York alive and well. "Think about a photo album that's in your house, well that's kind of what historical societies are for the community, that's why it's important that we continue to operate and provide that service," said Executive Director Brian Howard. Each year the telethon accounts for 20% of the society's operating revenue.
