On Friday, the biggest name in baseball just a got bigger and better showcase at the Baseball Hall of Fame.

A new Babe Ruth exhibit unveiled on Friday in Cooperstown.   It tells the story of his life from growing up in an orphanage to becoming the biggest baseball hitter of all time.  The memorabilia shows off what a well-rounded guy Babe was -- even his golf clubs are on display.

"What is great about Babe Ruth is that his legacy is timeless, and it seems to build over time. It was 100 years ago this year that he broke into the major leagues. So we were able to find some very generous funders to recreate and tell the story of Babe Ruth in a much more compelling way,” says Jeff Idelson, president.

To check out the exhibit - the museum is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.
