A true hometown talent, Michael was born and raised in Central New York. His first taste of journalism came as a Sports Reporter for his high school newspaper while attending New York Mills.
A true hometown talent, Michael was born and raised in Central New York. His first taste of journalism came as a Sports Reporter for his high school newspaper while attending New York Mills.
While attending SUNY Plattsburgh Michael hosted numerous News, Sports and Variety shows which earned him a Male Talent of the Year award his Junior year, an award voted upon by his peers and professors. Upon leaving Plattsburgh Michael did free lance work for ESPN's Great Outdoor games in Lake Placid and in the summer of 2002 began working at WFXV-WPNY. He is now the co-anchor on Friday Night Fever, covering the excitement and drama of Central New York Sports.
