Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – If you're hoping to see the Syracuse University men's basketball team face a decent challenge during this four game exhibition tour north of the border, Friday's game is the one to watch.

The Orange will face Canada’s top collegiate squad, Carleton, in Ottawa.

Carleton is undefeated in three attempts against NCAA clubs this summer, including a win over Wisconsin Wednesday night.

They should be a challenge, but the opponent Syracuse played Thursday night was not.

Jim Boeheim's squad jumped out to a 20-0 lead on Bishop's.

Trevor Cooney scored 8 straight at one point during the run, hitting back-to-back three pointers as he finished with 13 points on 3-for-4 shooting from behind the arc.

Tyler Ennis looked smooth running the show in the front court again as he finished with 9 points and 5 assists.

Jerami Grant, the sophomore forward, followed up his 17-point effort Wednesday night with another solid showing. Grant finished with 10 points and 8 rebounds.

The Orange led 48-8 at halftime and put it in cruise control after that rolling to a 77-35 victory.

Freshman B.J. Johnson led the way for the 'Cuse with 20 points.

C.J. Fair did not play as a precaution after suffering a mild injury Wednesday night.

Fair should be able to play Friday night.
