AHL: Utica Comets at the Lake Erie Monsters

The first franchise victory for the Utica Comets!
WE START OFF IN CLEVELAND WHERE THE UTICA COMETS ARE LOOKING TO REBOUND FROM LAST NIGHT'S 4-0 LOSS WITH A REMATCH AGAINST THE LAKE ERIE MONSTERS.

TO THE Q, THE QUICKEN LOANS ARENA.  THE COMETS STILL LOOKING FOR THEIR FIRST WIN AGAINST THE 5-5 MONSTERS.
WE PICK THIS UP IN A SCORELESS FIRST, SCORELESS UNTIL MIKAEL TAM NETS ONE FROM THE CIRCLE TO PUT LAKE ERIE UP 1-0.
THE COMETS WOULD RESPOND.  BRANDON DEFAZIO STONED POINT BLANK BUT ALEX MUH-LAY IS THERE TO PUT BACK THE REBOUND AND TIE THINGS UP AT 1.
THE COMETS ON THE ATTACK AGAIN, BOOTH AND GRENIER BLOCKED IN FRONT BUT THE PUCK FINDS IT'S WAY TO PATRICK MULLEN AND HE PUTS THE COMETS UP 2-1.
THE MONSTERS WOULD TIE IT UP AT TWO BUT CAPTAIN COLIN STUART NETTED A THIRD PERIOD GOAL.
THE COMETS GET THEIR FIRST FRANCHISE VICTORY ON THE ROAD TONIGHT 3-2.
