Girls Soccer: Sauquoit gets past Westmoreland 2-0

The Sauquoit Valley girls soccer team has reached the top of the Center State Conference standings.

Following a 2-0 win on Thursday over Westmreland, the Indians now sit at 6-1 overall and 4-0 in conference play.

Sidney Talma got the scoring started late in the first half off a beautiful cross from Kristen Purcell.  Kiley Lazarek added a goal in the second-half to cap the scoring for Sauquoit.
