July's Baseball Hall of Fame induction will have an extra-special meaning for Chipper Jones.
Jones' wife Taylor is due to give birth to a son the Monday after Hall of Fame weekend, and the couple plans on naming him Cooper, in honor of Cooperstown.
"We know where we're going if something does happen," he said. "Obviously, there's no better way to commemorate this summer and the name of our son than by calling him Cooper. Hopefully he waits until we get back home, but it would certainly be apropos if she had him here."
Jones was elected into the Hall of Fame on his first ballot receiving over 97 percent of the vote.
