The case of Utica's latest homicide - the fourth of the year - moving forward in court today. The Utica man accused of stabbing and killing a Philadelphia man appearing in city court. Pablo Contrera's case will now be heard by a grand jury. The judge referred his case to the Oneida County District Attorney's Office for grand jury consideration. Contreras is accused of stabbing 19- year-old Eugenio Correa to death on Bleecker Street in Utica.
