SU's Fair tabbed as ACC Player of the Week; Ennis selected as Co-Rookie of the Week

Syracuse (WSYR-TV) – Syracuse University senior C.J. Fair has been selected as the ACC’s Player of the Week, while teammate Tyler Ennis and Duke’s Jabari Parker were picked for Co-Rookie of the Week honors for the conference.

Syracuse University beat Duke 91-89 in overtime on Saturday night.

Fair – the conference’s Preseason Player of the Year – shot a season best 60 percent from the field and added five rebounds and two blocks.

Fair was selected for the weekly honor for the first time during the 2013-14 campaign.

Ennis had 14 points and nine assists against the Blue Devils.

Parker averaged 18 points, 10 rebounds, one assist, and 1.5 steals per game as Duke topped then-No. 18 Pittsburgh 80-65 before falling in overtime to Syracuse.
