On Tuesday there was a new addition to Utica’s skyline. And in a moment some amazing pictures. Many took notice on their commute into the city Tuesday morning... And it’s been a source of conversation throughout the day.
Although not permanent, a giant crane took over surpassing the height of Hotel Utica as well as the Adirondack Bank. The crane is being used on the Landmarc Building. Steel was being hoisted to the roof where the soon-to-be rooftop restaurant is now under construction.
