Word from President Obama on Thursday about the role the U.S. will play in the worsening crisis in Iraq.
The president says he's prepared to send up to 300 military advisers to Iraq to help train Iraqi forces. This as U.S. fighter jets fly surveillance missions across Iraq - gathering intelligence and searching for armed militants.
The president says the U.S. will help with limited and targeted air strikes if events on the ground warrant them.
