College Freshman Get Tour of Utica

Local colleges will be back in session soon and new Hamilton College students have already arrived in Central New York and are adjusting to their surroundings.

Class of 2018 freshman who are new to the area got a first class tour of the area where they'll be spending the next four years of their life.

Tuesday students took a look around Utica and surrounding areas to discover all the region has to offer, including a taste of the diverse local culture by visiting the Mohawk valley resource center for refugees. The students will also travel to Munson Williams Proctor Arts Institute as part of this orientation.
