     Sunglasses -

Many people think that summer is the time for wearing sunglasses, but this isn't the case.  Whether its winter or summer and sunny, then your eyes are exposed to ultra-violet rays.   UV rays have been shown to cause different eye diseases and wearing sunglasses can help protect you year-round.  This is especially true for those of us who take part in winter sports or even driving because  of the glare off of the snow.

When buying sunglasses, you want to make sure that the lenses are completely absorbing and that you feel comfortable wearing them.  Its also important that you make sure that the prescription is correct and that you aren't seeing any distortions while wearing your sunglasses.
